Is MissionGrid a staffing agency?
MissionGrid is a workforce intelligence and skilled-trade sourcing company. We find, qualify and present candidates; you decide whom to engage and through what structure: direct hire, your own contract, or a staffing partner where employment, payroll and workers' compensation obligations apply.
Who is the employer of record?
You are, or the partner you engage through, unless we agree otherwise in writing. MissionGrid is not the employer of the people we source by default.
Do you guarantee you'll fill the requirement?
No. We commit to a real search and honest reporting of what we find. We don't guarantee placement, and we tell you early if a requirement looks unrealistic on timing, location or pay.
Are candidates' licenses and certifications verified?
Every candidate summary separates what we have verified, with the date we checked it, from what the candidate reported. We never call a credential verified unless we checked it against a document or an authoritative source.
How fast can you move?
It depends on the trade, the market and the start date. Urgent and critical requests go to the top of the queue, and a person reviews every request. Use Mission Response for short-notice needs.
When do we pay?
Payment terms are set in your written quote before any work begins. Direct-hire fees are due only on a hire.
Do workers pay anything?
Never. Skilled professionals join the network free and are never charged to apply.
Where do you operate?
We're launching in Georgia, with Metro Atlanta as the primary focus. We add markets only once we can actually source in them.
