What we collect

Skilled professionals: the information you choose to submit — name, phone, email, city and state, trade, years of experience, specialties, certifications and licenses you report, travel and relocation preferences, availability, desired pay, and an optional résumé. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

Contractors and companies: contact details and the workforce requirement you describe.

Automatically: basic technical data needed to run and protect the site (for example, IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention). We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To match professionals to workforce requirements, contact you about opportunities or requests, verify information you've provided where appropriate, operate and improve our services, and meet legal obligations. Information you submit is recorded as self-reported until it is verified; we do not describe a credential as verified unless verification has actually occurred.

When we share it

With a prospective client only when you are being considered for a specific opportunity, and only the information relevant to it. With service providers that host and operate our systems under confidentiality obligations. With staffing, payroll or other partners only where needed for an engagement you've agreed to pursue. When required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Automated assistance

We use software, including AI tools, to organize information and suggest matches. A person reviews candidate submissions and employment-related decisions. Our tools are not permitted to invent credentials, experience or availability, or to make decisions based on protected characteristics.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time through our contact form. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.

Security and retention

Résumés are stored privately and accessible only to authorized MissionGrid staff. We keep information as long as it's useful for matching or as required by law, and delete it on request unless we're required to retain it.
