What MissionGrid is

MissionGrid provides workforce intelligence and skilled-trade sourcing: we identify, organize and qualify information about potential candidates for workforce requirements. Depending on the engagement, a client may hire a candidate directly, engage them under its own contract, or engage them through a staffing partner. Sourcing, recruiting, staffing, contractor engagement, direct employment and independent-contractor arrangements are different things; the structure of any engagement is set out in writing.

What MissionGrid is not

MissionGrid is not a licensed electrical, mechanical or other trade contractor and does not perform trade work. MissionGrid is not the employer of any professional it sources unless a written agreement expressly says so.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a requirement will be filled, that a candidate will accept or perform an engagement, or that any project will be completed on schedule. We do not represent that a professional holds a license or certification unless that license or certification has been verified, and we identify self-reported information as self-reported. Clients remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, site requirements, licensing compliance and supervision of work.

Fees

Published prices are starting points. Fees for any engagement are confirmed in a written quote or agreement before work begins. Skilled professionals are never charged to join the network or to apply.

Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, impersonate anyone, scrape or overload the site, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MissionGrid's liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid MissionGrid in the twelve months before the claim. The website is provided "as is."

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
