Trades we source
Journeyman electricians.
The journeyman is the backbone of most electrical crews. When a contractor needs eight more by the end of the month, the hard part is finding people who are actually available and actually qualified.
Typical scope
What this role usually covers on mission-critical projects.
- Rough-in and finish work on commercial and industrial projects
- Conduit bending, wire pulls and terminations
- Panel and equipment installation
- Reading drawings and working to specification
- Mentoring apprentices on the crew
What we screen for
The questions we ask before anyone reaches your shortlist.
- Commercial versus industrial versus data-center background
- Years at journeyman level
- License status where the jurisdiction requires one, and whether we have verified it
- Tools and PPE they bring
- Availability and the schedule they will work
Credentials

Requirements vary by project, owner and jurisdiction. Tell us yours in the request and we screen for exactly that. Anything a candidate reports stays labelled self-reported until we verify it against a document or an authoritative source.
